Board and Management
PICLU is jointly run by a Board and a management team. The PICLU Board, appointed by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering (LTH) at Lund University, consists of members from both industry and academia, emphasising the industry-academica collaboration aim of the Centre.
Daily management is lead by centre leader Bernt Nilsson, Dept. of Chemical Engineering, deputy centre leader Tore Hägglund, Dept. of Automatic Control, and a management group including all project leaders for active PICLU projects. Appointed project leaders at Lund University are responsible for managing their project together with one or more contact persons at the collaborating industry. PICLU projects engage on average ten people, of which six are at LU and four in industry.
